You're joking, right? Aura whisper and throw voice are the 2 most useful shouts in the entire game.

Does this work whit unlimited shouts?

Disarm is pretty useful, especially early on in the game, it can disarm Deathlords with all 3 words!!

I am completely new to making mods, and haven't made any yet, but I have an excellent idea for a new (not a replacer) shout, and I was wondering if you would be willing to give me some tips as to how to go about creating it. I have no idea how to use the CK yet. If not, thank you for your time, and I won't bother you further.

I like the shout ideas but I also happen to like the ones I already have. I think it would have been a better idea to make these new shouts as separate entities and let people keep the old ones.

Like the idea of lightning and heal shouts. Wondered why Dragons did not have these, yet they conveniently had a Stealthy "throw voice" shout. The latter, of course, making no sense from the standpoint of the Dragons. What in hell's half acre does a 30 foot, flying, fire-breathing reptile need to sneak by in the first place? Save for Mehrunes Dagon himself, I'm pretty sure Dragons are a head-on sort of contender...and even then, there was that one time...I digress, but great idea for a mod.

Aura whisper is likely the only useful shout in there.

While I agree that some of these shouts are rather useless, I have to respectfullu disagree about Throw Voice being useless. I use it all the time on my sneaky assassin type characters, because it allows me to lure my foes into the spot where I want them.
Still, very nice ideas. If you manage to make a non-replacer verison of this mod, you'll have my download in a instant(when I find out, anyway).

I like the concept, and agree that those shouts are pretty useless...except for Aura Whisper! Aura Whisper rocks!
