Better shouts (more shouts)

Description
This mod changes several less useful (in my humble opinion) shouts into new, better shouts.

Animal Allegiance ----> animal regeneration (heal) (long cooldown, heals 100,150,500)

Aura Whisper ----> Aura Bolt (Swift lightning attack) (short/medium cooldown, 15dmg,30dmg,50dmg)

Disarm ----> Invisibility (emergency stealth) (long cooldown, 7 second stealth)

Dismay ----> Equilibrium shout (medium cooldown, 90, 180, 250 equilibrium spell)

Kyne's peace ----> Kyne's candlelight (medium/shot cooldown. 1min. light)

Throw voice ----> summon dragon priest (very long cooldown, 30 second dragon priest)

whirlwind sprint timer reduced. (to 5, 15, 20 seconds)







I find this mod adds useful utility to my characters, and I hope a few other people might enjoy this as well.

Goes without saying, if you don't think a shout is "useless" then they aren't for you :) . This isn't a personal assault on your shouts nor an opinion poll, these are choice game-enhancers i find enjoyable.

You're joking, right? Aura whisper and throw voice are the 2 most useful shouts in the entire game.

Bruh, all shouts are useful, can you make a mod where it adds shouts not remakes them?

Disarm is pretty useful, especially early on in the game, it can disarm Deathlords with all 3 words!!

I am completely new to making mods, and haven't made any yet, but I have an excellent idea for a new (not a replacer) shout, and I was wondering if you would be willing to give me some tips as to how to go about creating it. I have no idea how to use the CK yet. If not, thank you for your time, and I won't bother you further.
