The good component could've been either -2 days for 500k, or random great component.
The great could've been no condition loss on first race or +2% reliability per day built.
i can report that both Santa Ana and Evans made 4 stars after 1 season and half, so a full 5 stars is probably not much more than at most half way through season 3. that is including a quick turn around on building all facilities in the HQ as soon as i can get them built.
Try this mod if you just want Predator with starting cash. It's what I used before I decided I wanted to give Predator a little more 'oomph'
Drivers now start at 16. Both they and the team are at max marketability. I swapped the random legendary engineer trait for the double part trait. The mechanics now have nurse. All staff now at least 2 stars at beginning and improve slightly more quickly than they did before.
The chief designer could do with a better epic trait, something more useful than a random legendary, it creates an awkward situation where you don't get the same engines and your drivers start making noise about how they aren't equal for season 2. something else that would provide equality would be nice and for legendary i think it might be better to get two of the same parts from a single development rather than out right performance. it saves time and effort biulding up these legendary parts from the start and you hit the ground running quickly for each serason.
