William Evans, the mechanics and engineer now all start at a higher 2 star rating so the team is better placed for season two.
Mechanic and Engineer traits have been tweaked.
Improvement rates for all staff increased further.
Drivers and team each at 100% marketability.
Drivers took a paycut.
