Well first of all, make sure you subscribed to this mod. Next, you need to make sure that you allow Steam to download the tmod file to your game files, restart the game as well just in case (not via glyph launcher, the game application itself). Also be sure to check your mod settings ingame (ESC > Mod Settings) to see if it is enabled.
Other than that, I can't tell ya anything else.
I've had plenty of feedback for this mod and I have made some adjustments, so there is a new version for this mod that addresses some issues with its design (mainly fixing the body to have both Fire and Ice qualities and making the back feet larger for such a big dragon). I am having difficulty with updating this post with those new changes, so if you want to use/see them for yourself, visit the Trovesaurus link and check it out (link should be in the description of this mod post)! I will try to see if I can update with those changes in the future.
Again thank you all for your support, I too am hoping this dragon is worthy to get implemented into the game, for now, it will remain a mod until the time has come. I'll be making some more fantastic mods in the future... maybe some costumes for classes that need them the most... I'm always open to suggestions!
