this mod is so cool! i would have loved that this was the original dragon skin because i already loved the original but this makes it even better! really good job man!

Well first of all, make sure you subscribed to this mod. Next, you need to make sure that you allow Steam to download the tmod file to your game files, restart the game as well just in case (not via glyph launcher, the game application itself). Also be sure to check your mod settings ingame (ESC > Mod Settings) to see if it is enabled.

Other than that, I can't tell ya anything else.
