For those who have trouble with this asset and do not wish to subscribe to NExt, do the following:

1. Subscribe to RON, the network replacer: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2405917899
2. Subscribe to these two NExt replacement roads by cylis:
- NExt2 Based Two-Lane Alley: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2576529159
- NExt2 Based Zonable Pedestrian Paved Road: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2576527859
3. Ensure the mod and all assets are enabled before loading your game.
4. RON will work its magic and automatically substitute the NExt roads in the asset with cylis's replacement roads.

@Mikoolois It use Network Extension 2.
Better would be an upgrade, e.g. the roads of Cylis.
Too bad that I therefore unsubscribe this asset until further notice.

Public Note: The specific NExt2 roads this uses are: "two-lane alley," "zonable pedestrian paved tiny road"

I think this mod need NE2 to function, i had tried this with & without NE2 mod

It's way better to post 1 asset but with good quality instead of making tons of bad looking and bad optimized.

I don't see anything criminal using free models available in Internet (as long as u post a link to original work) but in such case that models need cleaning, adding missing textures and optimization work.

U always can ask for help our best modders - they'r sarcastic guys but really kind and are open for helping others

Now that I have had your lesson. You can expect better work from me.

I'm not sure who actually thinks this looks fine. This asset lacks any sort of optimization.

1. Half of it floats in the air because that's how it was imported from Sketchup after removing the map terrain it has.
2. It doesn't have proper specular texture or illumination. You literally replaced textures for grass and water because the Sketchup model was in terrible quality and slapped some lamps around the asset.
3. It's under scaled to fit a vanilla template.

And you dare to ask people for money? Dude. Not cool.
