The amount of time doesn't change because of a different scale 😄 It's still dozens of hours. Changing the scale can be done quickly.

@ÆK47: I don't know if I will find time for that. But I really like the architecture.
@Loststonerboy: The problem is that Dubai Creek Tower is 1400m. But the height limit in Cities Skylines 1 is 1000m. So 1:1 is not possbile.
