Report a translation problem
The mod itself edits buildings to be set down to 1 turn and have no resources attached to it.
This does mean that events and techs still apply to the buildings though, I haven't edited those.
For testing purposes, I recommend using a cheat mod that decreases build time to 1, alongside one that will increase money the player clan receives.

However, the only thing players can tag is the faction_unique, which limits it to one per faction. No idea how to do something like five or four per faction.
Found out why you still required resources to upgrade buildings.
I accounted for resource-free Tier 4 buildings.... but.... resource-free tier 3 buildings? Nope!

There's Unlimited Hero Units by Zagre. However, the comments there do worry me.
In fact, looking in the Pack File Manager, there's alot of redundant pieces, like... the entire unit table. Granted, it was made in 2013 and created 2014.
Hmm..... I'll have to take a look into either contacting Zagre or making my own later on.
1) well, to be more exact, it conflicts with mods that edit the same Tier 4 buildings. For example, it'll conflict with UT4B, but not UT4B - Genpei, because Genpei only edits Rise of the Samurai buildings, not vanilla buildings.
2)Yes, do the other ones already posted in the workshop don't work?

Mod had an extra empty line in it, screwed everything up because it kept refrencing the non-exsistant building in the empty line.
