Unlimited Tier 4 Buildings - No Resources

Description
This mod removes all limits on Tier 4 Sengoku buildings, including resources.

This means that any clan can build as many Tier 4 buildings as they want.

@tr1n1tas Should work in coop... in theory that is.

The mod itself edits buildings to be set down to 1 turn and have no resources attached to it.

This does mean that events and techs still apply to the buildings though, I haven't edited those.

Updated the file, it theoretically should work now.

For testing purposes, I recommend using a cheat mod that decreases build time to 1, alongside one that will increase money the player clan receives.
