oh i see. well in my opinion this should have got in, simply because the robotic boogaloo update was all about just taking pre-existing hats and "robot-ifying" them.

Ah yeah, the Bolt's Hat (was it?) was quite a looker, sad it didn't get in. The Ushanka was because the original ushanka creator was a dick; and decided because he might want to try and make a robo-ushanka later (granted it definitely would not get in still), said "no" - Of course they have to get consent from the original item creators (unless they're Valve-made).

Bill's Hat, Max's Head, Cheater's Lament, Balloonicorn, Gentleman's Ushanka, Hustler's Hallmark, those are just a few more of the robotic boogaloo items that were not added. The first three make sense, because they were promotional items. Being able to get them again would seriously decline the value of the original indirectly.

No way. There's tons of other stuff, like the facade, uhm.. The proof of purchase.. The OTHER batter's helm.. Can't name any more.
