when lava?
Egamerx 22 Aug @ 5:47am
yeah i agree it is a pretty cheaty mod
sisco  [author] 21 Aug @ 6:27am
ive still yet to ever get a first raid above just 1
your not offering anything new if it was a floor tile you can set a wealth value but as its a terrain it wont take one you just have to accept land is expensive build wisely :) that aside its a very cheaty mod that can make things far too easy it comes with price tho unintended :D
Egamerx 21 Aug @ 5:26am
Solution to the high building wealth problem (cause soil, water, mud count as wealth), you can use Wealth breakdown mod to check which floor is effecting your wealth (soil gave me like 40k+) , then you can either use floor are absolutely (worthless) mod for easiest solution no need to manually set every floor value. but the down side your recreation room floor probably won't be as good as it should be. Or you could use Rimssqol mod go to the xml > qol > floors and terrain > the floor you want to edit > click the tags "+" sign which is above tags > select market value then set the number as you want

sisco  [author] 3 Aug @ 11:41am
hi it shouldnt have a problem with it at worse you might have to reorder the mods list this one you can turn off any time so long as your not mid builds if you need too
iDance 3 Aug @ 8:42am
hi sisco, i was wondering if the water can be fished in; compatible with vanilla fishing expansion? thanks for you mod :)
sisco  [author] 23 Jul @ 3:58am
ive no idea nori it was never a mod ive used give it ago it might be fine i was told they were just troublesome together in an older version
Nori 22 Jul @ 9:08pm
Hi just wondering if there still a issue with vanilla factions expanded medieval 2?
sisco  [author] 21 Jul @ 3:57pm
i dont have the add on so cant for now have you tried changing loading order put this mod ahead of the expansion see if that fixes it
hagnat 21 Jul @ 7:41am
howdy there. I recently found out you cant land gravships on tiles terraformed with this mod.
i work around it by using the Terrain debug tool, but would love to continue using your mod -- because it feels less cheaty to have your pawns do it over you doing it with the debug tool.
any way you can make gravships and terraform work together ?

hhoffman4 24 Jun @ 12:33pm
No worries! Just wanted to let anyone know that’s wondering :) it’s one I found hard to play without, can’t stand all those random mud tiles when base building
sisco  [author] 24 Jun @ 6:23am
not had chance to even look at 1.6 yet will get to it as and when i can
hhoffman4 23 Jun @ 9:34pm
Red errors on startup but still functional in 1.6
kingrevolucion12 10 Apr @ 5:37pm
Can't you create a clean texture support? Instead of the normal terrain, the terrain from that mod appears?
BelieveItsButter 13 Jan @ 9:09am
this mod by itself with the DLC adds anywhere from 25k-70k to your colony building wealth.
FireCart 17 Sep, 2024 @ 12:06pm
Perhaps you could have dirt bags for the dirt variants, or have them unlocked through the research tree?
sisco  [author] 3 Aug, 2024 @ 4:36pm
what mods are you using it with its not caused any crashed for a very long time

i very much doubt alpha biomes will ever work with this its heavy on alterations cant say its one ive tried to use
London WNKR 3 Aug, 2024 @ 7:20am
this is straight up crashing my game before the title screen with a Ludeon error
Ioncloud 7 Jun, 2024 @ 7:18am
2nd alpha biomes patch...

I tried copy/pasting the forsaken sand defs into this mods defs and adding the buldable elements, but didnt seem to work... guess I'm not cut out for rimworld modding ;P
Gingicus 16 May, 2024 @ 11:52am
Anyone know if there is a compatibility for alpha Biomes?
sisco  [author] 4 May, 2024 @ 4:52pm
im sure there used to be a mod that does that i could have a look but id have it as a separate mod
Sumatris 4 May, 2024 @ 4:51am
Would you consider adding rock walls, not just floors? When building underground I'd love to replace mined metal deposits with rock I can smooth so all walls look nice and uniform.
Aira 28 Mar, 2024 @ 9:16pm
I use mod that used to be like this called scars basic farming and he fixed their problem, u might be able to ask him how they fix it :steamhappy:
sisco  [author] 28 Mar, 2024 @ 10:58am
aira it seems to give you a higher starting value to all land rather than just home area once the value is set you cant remove it its a strange one it doesnt really effect early raids and such but you will see them get large faster than normal its not really much of a bother unless you like small villages and moving around alot
i would agree with cows it does seem that terrain becomes player owned as its built so it gives it some value it wont let me set a value to try and stop it getting high
{5LINE}Cows with Guns 27 Mar, 2024 @ 10:18pm
Hard to say what causes the wealth to spike up unless the code is decompiled and publicly visible... If I have to guess, the issue is that terrain squares are treated as buildable items with a wealth value assigned to them.

For me right now, I mitigate the wealth issue with "WealthCorrector" by 竹子菌

Aira 27 Mar, 2024 @ 10:05pm
Does the issue affect all terrain we start with?
sisco  [author] 27 Mar, 2024 @ 3:19pm
1.5 checked and updated cant see anything thats changed usual issues seem to be there still wealth shoots up and will act up with any mod that alters terrain
{5LINE}Cows with Guns 14 Mar, 2024 @ 10:32am
Good to hear you're at least considering it. Hopefully you'll continue to update this. :ojigi:
sisco  [author] 14 Mar, 2024 @ 10:03am
might take me a day or two but yet i would think so depends whats changed only just seen its coming :)
