Still, thanks a lot for the great contributions to the workshop!
Either way, I'd like to express my gratitude for doing the work hardly anyone else does, unfortunately.
Not only that but if you make a fool out of yourself you deseve to be ridiculed.
If however you make a comment demanding I make you something - for FREE I might add - I will tell you exactly where you belong. If you really have a problem with that then you are more than welcome to learn how to make your own content, where you will turn into the exact same type of person I have become.
I'll also note I regularly delete even worse comments than Chomsky's on a weekly basis, in batches, so you are seeing a vastly truncated amount of the level of shit I have to sift through.
I actually prefer your version to the in-game "worldmodel".
I really like how your Bioshock props look, and you certainly did a great job on them!
Was the "viewmodel" or the "worldmodel" used to put the shotgun prop together, or are they the same thing, even?
I'm just wondering, because the barrel on this one appears to be a bit shorter than other images for the weapon that I have seen (when searching for them online). Maybe the other images had been distorted somehow. Either way, I like your version a lot better, as it seems to be the "proper" length, and it is a lot more balanced-looking. Still curious as to whether this is the "canon" length for the shotgun.
I really love these props, you did a great job on them! I think that the first "Bioshock" has some of the coolest weapon designs ever used in a videogame (particularly the "base" shotgun), and as such, they are severely under-rated. I don't get why more games don't use "antique" or "classic"-style weapons, as I find these to be so much cooler and more interesting than generic "modern" or "military"-style ones.
plz im a big fan of bioshock just make the weapons from bioshock 1 plz
akers ... are you fucking retarded theres a million other mods for those weapons you fucking idiot
All these issues are why I didn't port more stuff from it. I have a bunch of unreleased items and stuff I need to upload at some point, but they need tweaking and I'm lazy. All the best with your own efforts.
Not only that but Bioshock's tacked-on texture streaming (which works like crap in-game and actually reduces performance, for the record) means that you have to do a lot of file finagling to get the full-size textures instead of 64x64 placeholders.

If you need help, feel free to send me an add, but it's pretty straightforward.
Wrench SWEP made from this!
