Are you going to add a child's room?
Dragon Slayer 6 Jun, 2014 @ 6:41pm
is the mod dead? As in you are no longer working on it?
joestrange8 19 May, 2014 @ 2:15am
Love it!

This is a gorgeous house mod, I just wish it had beds for my kids...
NightShadeX62 18 Jan, 2014 @ 9:35pm
I was wondering has anyone else had a issue with the house being high off the ground and if you don't hop onto the porch area to get in, will just walk under the house and get stuck under neath it?
NightShadeX62 12 Dec, 2013 @ 8:33am
Hi. I love your mod but may i ask if you could make a duplicate of it and place the forge area and equiptment inside the home maybe down on the lower floor and add a wood chopping block? Awesome work for your first mod btw! :)

I would really like to use this but there are so many additions to be made...and since I can't load it in the creation kit to do myself, nor does it appear to still be getting worked on it shall fade. Such a shame.

Speaking of castle type players homes, no thanks don't like getting lost in my own home. I know just how you feel, no more and no less makes a good enough player home for me.
DRAGON 11 Sep, 2013 @ 9:18am
i only wish this didnt require dragonborn dlc D:
eric-pino 10 Sep, 2013 @ 11:06am

I'm liking it alot but it could use armory in the staff house or at least a chest in the armory.

Thanks for the heads-up. Seems that I forgot to update the exterior navmesh after some landscaping mods. Fixed and tested. You should be all set.

hi just one thing i noticed follower will not enter house why is that
doxxyl 28 Apr, 2013 @ 7:10pm
good to know. I'm planning on getting the DLCs soon. But by the looks of it, this house does look amazing, I do agree with you're input on houses that are too large, too many manequins (or not enough) and location. You definitely should make more player homes like this.

Also, thanks for the immediate feedback!
Carchomatic  [author] 28 Apr, 2013 @ 7:04pm
Yes, I made this with items from the Dragonborn DLC. Sorry for the confusion, I'll add that note to the text above.
doxxyl 28 Apr, 2013 @ 6:52pm
Does this require any DLC? because when I load up my game with this downloaded, it crashes

HELLO
Popa Actual 21 Apr, 2013 @ 8:41pm
I, personally, appreciate your persistance to the pursuit. Great modder doesn't just love the mods but the game, and ways to make it better for all. This is the greatest form of public service for the gaming community.
sidhe_rose 18 Apr, 2013 @ 2:17am
I see this house is directly south of Red Water Den. Was wondering if the uh 'neighbors' tended to drop by the property ever. Not worried about the skooma addicts, just the vampires :) Looks real nice!

Thanks a lot! The kitchen does in fact have both a firepit and an oven. By all means however, if you know of a different oven type in skyrim, let me know and I'll check it out. I did add the tanning rack, and some planters to the courtyard. An actual farm however, would require some serious landscaping, as the area is very rocky. Hmmm, maybe behind the staff house....

Delta and Darkwing:

I don't think this place will be right without NPCs and spouse compatibility. Having said that however, I've done some searching, and the spouse/children may not be possible. I'm not giving up, but this would require some sophisticated tinkering with the code/scripting, of which I'm really not familiar. Also, it seems that even if you can get your home spouse compatible, it can break other aspects of the game with regard to your spouse.

We shall see.
Popa Actual 6 Apr, 2013 @ 1:18pm
I've been monitoring this mod for sometime. looks very impressive and I've used almost all house mods, this could be the one for me. I would love this to be spouse compatible, if you can pull it of you are the best, I don't/won't use nexus so if you make it happen that would be superb. I personally don't care much for the children but if you can pull it off without altering the feel of the house then why not. The only thing really bugging me now is the lack of NPCs. Some followers/guards/nords would be a perfect addition to this near-perfect home. Great location, great view, great vibe. Not too big or small, just right.
Ullanor 5 Apr, 2013 @ 12:18pm
Very nice home! The only thing I would change would be the fireplace in the kitchen - would like to see an oven there. I would also like a tanning rack by the forge and a garden near the home. I apologize if I did not see the garden when I ran around the home.
darkwingduck24 4 Apr, 2013 @ 9:54am
Great and Thanks I like the lay out of this house !!
Carchomatic  [author] 3 Apr, 2013 @ 5:58pm
Lil'Spanky,

Thank you much! I've been adding decorations/fluff here and there, especially in the staff house, and will upload another version within a week or so. As far as storage, I thought I included plenty (wardrobes, bookcases, chests). I don't want to stretch realism too far, but I'll see if I can add some more.
Carchomatic  [author] 3 Apr, 2013 @ 5:55pm
Darkwing,

They cannot, and I never even thought of that. I'll do some research and see what I can do. Spouse shouldn't be that tough, but adopted children would require additional rooms, or at least beds. I'll still see what can be done
The Spanker 3 Apr, 2013 @ 1:33pm
I really like this house, and I've owned just about every house in Tamriel. Great first effort. Perfect for higher lev characters - ease of use, not overly elaborate or complicated. Might think about adding a few little conveniences (more storage, sonces, fun fillagree, etc...) But really good stuff. 5 stars!
darkwingduck24 3 Apr, 2013 @ 10:19am
can spouse/children be moved here ?
RexJayden 30 Mar, 2013 @ 10:54pm
Sounds great!
Carchomatic  [author] 30 Mar, 2013 @ 10:35pm
Many thanks! If I can gather some spare time, I hope to add the staff NPCs as well.

Maybe a dog...
RexJayden 30 Mar, 2013 @ 9:55am
For a first attempt this is some excellent work! Keep it up. Favorited and rated.
