Added a guest bedroom to main house. Expanded the reading room (always seemed too square), and added a small room attached to master bedroom for valuable storage. Minor clutter and decorative upgrades all around.

Minor landscaping fixes

Added some decorative clutter, plants, wall items, sconces. Fixed some exterior landscaping issues. Added tanning rack to crafting area (smelter just won't fit right, sorry)

Fixed interior and exterior navmeshing. Followers should now stay with you on the property and in either house
