also all of these items were in a beta, i had most of these actually in a beta version of starbound. kinda sad how they removed things like the robot boss, jelly boss, etc. then again they were removed since they didnt fit in with the story

there is a long list of disabled items, these are all unobtainable due to being disabled and not being in the game, but are instead obtained through commands, this also includes some armor sets that are not obtainable due to them not spawning, and are only on npcs
