This really reminds me of the Tau's pulse rife from 40k

make pack. charge LMG, charge pistol, charge heavy grenade launcher

the same way you can make the charge DMR. You need the 'charge shot' research and a machining bench to craft it.

I think it's fine since it does require a long long time to craft and more expensive materials. The charge rifle actually outdamages per second the charge DMR in close range so It's good to keep colonists with both weapons.

This looks like a wonderful weapon, and this is the first weapon mod I've gotten. My only reccomendation is that you lower the accuracy a bit more considering that by the time you reach the end game most of the colonists using this will be high leveled in shooting. That would help balance it so that only experienced shots could use it effectively. That's just my opinion though just looking at it, I'll be sure to use it plenty in-game to come up with a more suitable judgement.

Was very surprised to find my vanilla charge rifle to have 31 damage per shot. As far as I can tell this is because the vanilla rifle Gun_ChargeRifle uses Bullet_ChargeRifle as its bullet and you add a bullet of the same name.
