Charge DMR [0.18]

Description
A new single spacer weapon equivalent to the Survival rifle.

Main stats:
37 tile range (same as the survival rifle)
31 damage per shot and x1.5 bullet speed

Meele cooldowns are x1.5 slower

Charge DMR accuracy: Awful | Normal | Legendary
Accuracy (touch): 25% | 65% | 100%
Accuracy (short): 39% | 98% | 100%
Accuracy (medium): 37% | 94% | 100%
Accuracy (long): 35% | 92% | 100%

Work to make: 100 000 ticks [~26 minutes] // For comparison the charge rifle is 50 000 ticks [13~ minutes]

Requirements:
25 steel | 50 Plasteel | 5 Components | 1 Advanced Component (3 gold, 3 uranium, 10 steel and 1 component at the Component assembly bench)

the same way you can make the charge DMR. You need the 'charge shot' research and a machining bench to craft it.

I think it's fine since it does require a long long time to craft and more expensive materials. The charge rifle actually outdamages per second the charge DMR in close range so It's good to keep colonists with both weapons.
