@Skelsa; Sorry for delay, but i did it through console (just for test) and did all things that were required (including rekindle imperial sentiments) for him to come back. After I did the descion to put the Hapsburgs back the event for the Return Of the King never fired.

@Assasin43; Hmm, on my end it works flawlessly. How did you form A-H? The event for Otto will only happen if he's not leader of Hungary already.

Did the descion to put Otto on throne, but no event came up to replace him

I formed Austria Hungary and did the descision to put Otto on the throne, but no event or leader change appeared.

well i would but theyre incompatable at the moment X_X perhaps a mod to fix the AH states?

@Crasher925; This would cause trouble with other map changing mods. I suggest to use mods like "Better States" or "Expanded States" for this as almost every state mod adds Western Banat as its own state.

@lionheartrmsy; Mod name is the same as the workshop item; make sure that Steam downloaded it correctly.

The mod is not showing up in the laucher. Am I doing something wrong?
