fix ur ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mod

Any input on what would be needed to get updated in scripts for the mod for the current version? For what I can tell, it just doesn't show up on decisions anymore. Or the initialization script for that matter when you start a new game and get to choose options.

It's unlikely that I'll do that, because I have to deal with real life problems at the moment, it's been a while since I modded Hoi4 and there are better conditional peace mods on the workshop already. You can still use it, the mod is still compatible with the latest version.
