I've not played Skyrim since I released this mod (4/03/2013) so I honestly can't remember where they come from. I'm afraid I can't change anything due to not having Skyrim or the Mod building any more, but you're welcome to make any changes yourself.

What about Goat Horns? They are a requires item and usually hard to find unless you go around Skyrim killing every goat you see.

No, not at all. This just provides the matierals like any other in-game merchant does, it has no effects on the manors/houses. :) Good luck.

Never have bugs but would this stop more building of the estate? I complete to a point and then come back to the same need to complaete the last stage in building. Might be something else, but just wanted to ask.

I read through the comments and I saw that you said the stone is unlimited at lakeview manor. My supply was depleted after I mined it.

Would it be possible to include Quarried Stone with the merchant?

That's very strange. Maybe you have a conflicting mod. Try disabling your mods and enabling them one by one to see if there's a general cause. Other than that I'm afraid I can't help. Apologies, and good luck. :)

Yes i Have. I waited many days still nothing. But i tried other merchant mods, none of them seem to work. all the merchants added in any mod i use end up saying general stuff and never sell. i dont know what to do.

Have you tried waiting/leaving the area and walking back in again?

um she wont sell anything. she just says general stuff like "yes" "Need Something" etc. Help cuz this mod would be really helpfull for me.

@levlwayne03, It is official Bethesda released DLC. It must be purchased from the Steam store like the other DLC's Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Across the top of your screen you should see -Store Library Community levlwayne03- Click on store. You should see a search box in the upper right hand side. Click on that. Type 'Skyrim Hearthfire'. Click the button next to the serch bar that looks like a magnifying glass. This should bring up a link to the Hearthfire DLC page, click on it. You should see a purchase button on this page, click on it. Enter whatever payment information you want to use, and follow the on-screen prompts. The next time you Click on play in the library, let the launcer run till it says 'Finished Syncronizing Subscribed Mods'. Congratulations, you have Hearthfire now!

Great suggestion, I'll consider it sometime. :) I'm glad you like the mod. May I suggest downloading a Smithing mod that allows you to smelt items back into ingots? It allows 75 gold coins to be turned into gold ingots. I can't remember the name right now, though. :)

where do i get the hearthfire from so i can do all of this

Great Mod. Works with my 50 other mods :)
But can you please add gold ingots? The only place I cxan find a good ammount of gold is in Kolskegger Mine, and I've mined that up. Since it isn't really need in Hearthfire much, maybe you could make a Blacksmith shop and put a blacksmith selling Rare stuff. But, it not having it's own place is understandable. Anyway, great mod

Hmm, does she only do this while sitting down or is it also standing up? Try waiting or leaving the building and re-entering it. :) Sorry for the late reply.

Ehm, whenever I talk to the contractor I never get the speech option. It's not 7. It was like midday! I tried reloading Skyrim, but she still wont speak. I just get "Need something?" or "Hmph!" Please help?

@Runey Boy 99, it's pretty simple, @anubis.sokar was right; just click the sub button and load up your Skyrim game and wait for it to download. Sometimes it tells you in the corner depending on your screen resolution but just wait a few minutes and check your Data folder. :)

Awesome. Thanks. I actually prefer to smith my own nails and whatnot to build up that skill. but I hate traveling everywhere looking for goat horns and glass. Or chasing goats across the fields for their horns...those little bastards run fast. So thank you!

The way things work around here is somewhat diffirent than what your used to on the Nexus, basically the only you gotta do is click sub and the mod will be downloaded to your comp the next time you launch your skyrim game, note the downloading and dl complete text appearing on the lower right cornor of the screen. Wait till all the mods have been downloaded and launch your game, it should be there

how do i install the mod, i've never used anything from the workshop so im a bit confused. I subscribed to the mod but i get no links to download.

I was getting tired of running all over Skyrim just to build the house. Thx for this work.
