Hearthfire Building Supplies Merchant

It's irritating having to go back and forth and back and forth to Whiterun, Solitude, Windhelm, and all over Skyrim trying to find the materials to finally build your dream home. Finally, a building contracter has arrived in Riverwood and is found trading in building materials in The Sleeping Giant Inn. Since her late husband's death, Aryths been left with a warehouse of glass, iron, hinges, locks, nails, and many assortments of items all to be sold to avoid tax collection by the East Empire Trading Company. You'll find all you need at the lowest prices in Skyrim!

Find all of your fine building requirements between around 7 am until 8 pm at the Sleeping Giant Inn.

This is the first ever mod I've tried and the first time I've used the Creation Kit. I've tested it with a whole bunch of mods and all it really does is add a unique NPC called Aryths the Contracter that wanders The Sleeping Giant Inn.

She will sell: Clay x 40, Iron Fittings x 40, Glass x 40, Hinge x 40, Goat Horn x 40, Lock x 40, Straw x 40, Corundum Ingot x 40, Iron Ingot x 40, Nails x 100.

The prices for everything should be very affordable.This mod isn't designed to be a lorebreaker but it isn't meant to be entirely immersive. The prices you buy are much, much cheaper than the normal Skyrim prices. I won't be raising the prices of the materials but if the mod (somehow) becomes popular then I'll make another with more 'legit' prices. You can clear out her store in about 1300 gold.

Bugs:
There should be no bugs, but I've found that sometimes she won't sell at 7. Try waiting 1 or 2 hours and then she should sell.
