Could this be a bit strong please? Also... is it possible to add choice of magic medallions with Right Mouse Click, as seen in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow?

No Magic - self-explanatory.

Light Magic - whip effect turn sky blue with particles. Player is on fire of same color. Heals player with every successful hit on enemy. Gives protective shield that protect vs projectiles for as long as the magic is active.

Dark Magic - whip effect turns red with particles. Player is on fire of same color. Greatly enhances the damage dealt. Shoots out a red fireball that extends the range of damage and pierces targets.

It would be super awesome too if the magic chosen also consumes Energy. Just not too fast. When Energy is depleted, Magic effects immediatelly deactivate... until activated again.

"The only weapon that can slay Dracula himself"

Yet any weapon can finish him off in Smash Ultimate.
Also, you can kill Ganon without the Master Sword.

Vlad is NOT a vampire.
He just eats off of people's necks, for some reason.
It's probably a fetish.

Magicka references are the best references.

Imagine if Starbound had a Dracula boss...

Perhaps Asra Nox combining herself with some of The Ruin in order to become the great Ruinpire.

Steven Steel  [author] 20 Dec, 2017 @ 3:53pm
I could make some Castlevania swords. However, I've only seen Aria of Sorrow. If you guys have ideas, I could use some inspiration right about now...

Another tidbit of castlevania lore: The Vampire Killer's design, as shown in this mod, is only in the Lord Of Shadows timeline, which is a completely different canon than the regular Castlevania.

If I remember right, none of that "kills non-belmonts" stuff was in that canon.

Sounds like you guys are more into the series lore than I am and have more ideas. I'd be more than willing to give you guys the sprites of Vampire Slayer so that you can make a proper Vampire Killer to replace this one in my Blade Series. I cannot work on this, as I just learned how to mod and am working on a special weapon at the moment.

(continuation) If you are not a belmont, the whip will not show you it's power, effectively being a normal leather whip. When a non-Belmont wants to use it's magical power, he is to, first, go through a trial. After that, the whip will start eating on the life essence of the user who unlocked it. In this case, you could put on a NPC that gives the player two missions: One for the acquisition of the whip itself, and one for the activation of it`s true power. We could be a bit more extreme, and give the player a way to forge their own vamipre killer, by first forging a weaker version of it known as the Whip of Alchemy, and then upgrade it using the soul of a Vampire willing to sacrifice it. All this stuff can, of course, be done through mission.

Cool. As for the Idea of the whip doing damage to the user, it would be weird with this version of the vampire killer. LoS lore dictates that this Vampire killer is a Combat Cross, a common weapon amidst the High Ranking member s of the Brotherhood of light. The only real difference from this one to the rest is that it seems to be the only one of it`s kind capable of killing immortal beings. The secret is in the material\material concentration, for a fragment of it alone had the similar effect (weaken and seal, not kill). It would be unwise to add such passive damage to the whip even if it was the original for, you see, the whip only responds fully to Belmonts. (continue next comment)

Now that is an interesting idea...Now too sure if I can do that though.
RustyController 5 Dec, 2017 @ 7:42pm
it should deal damage to the user while its out (seeing how the true vampire killer will kill anyone who isint an belmont)
