I think for this what would happen is that: you backstab someone and it takes 50% health down and bleeds out the rest of the way. Just something to consider

Gives user less health. On a non backstab causes knife to shatter, but it makes opponent bleed. can be replenished similar to spycicle. Backstab is normal. thought this was a balanced set of stats as previous one were a bit op.

I like the glass shards idea, but it's a bit overpowered, maybe if it was mad that the more backstabs you get there more likely it is to break, and then you will have to find an ammo box.

On backstab the knife shatters causing bleed damage to enemies nearby, the knife then has to regenerate similar to the Spy-cicle.

For the stats it should be does bleed damage on target if not a backstab, but the knife shatters into pieces

It looks really fat, maybe you should slim it down some. *The Reinforced Style 2. The width of it. maybe make it look like on slimmer shard of glass instead of multiple broken pieces put together which looks like glue. Not a bad concept at all.

For the negitive effects you should have the damage be reduced. Or something like if you miss you lose cloak time.

at full redness next hit is critical
if player gets fall damage the knife breaks and player bleeds for 3 seconds (regen 15 secs)

Sounds OP as balls. Here's what it should do. No explosions, it breaks. and comes back you are immune to bombs and stuff, or melee weapons for like 2 seconds LIKE the spycicle, and when you BAKE SHTAYBE someone they do something like desintigrating but it's glass pieces that arent op as shit.
