-Ingredientes
3 tazas agua tibia o caliente
2 tazas de harina precocida de Maíz
1 cdita. de Sal
1 cdita. de Aceite de oliva

-Cómo hacer Arepas Venezolanas originales en 6 pasos
1. En un recipiente colocar el agua junto con la sal y el aceite de oliva. Mezclar e ir agregando la harina de a poco mientras se continúa removiendo.
2. Una vez incorporada toda la masa comenzar a mezclar con las manos mientras la harina va absorbiendo el líquido. Si es necesario agregar un poco más de harina y la textura final tiene que ser parecida a un puré de papa moldeable. Cuando se logre la consistencia deseada dejar en reposo por 10 minutos.
