@AArdwolf_Phi For now that is the intended result, in the future, if I find time to fix the bugs you'll be able to add onto and build near existing structures. For now just make sure you are at a safe distance if you want to build anything.

Is it intended, that activating one of these next to your existing structure, it will destroy all of your things that are in its range, and then blow up? (RIP full production greenhouse)

Maybe I can inspire you with this idea:
1. Check for structures (+ let users parse a list in Game.ini for mod structures' PrimalItemBP)
2. Place a version of each PrimalItemBP that does not get removed from inventory in a new CharacterInventoryComponentBP by default.
3. Override the users original inventory variable with said fake inventory while he starts the builder mode and relink his original inventory when he leaves builder mode.

You should redesign this mod to support all structures including mod structures by getting the CharacterInventoryComponent of the player.
You could then parse variables to the PrimalItemBPs currently in the player's inventory, like "Structure To Place" or other things. Try experimenting with the Shooter Character Inventory. :)

@thebulldan If you mean does it add structures it only adds 1 new structure (Builder Bubble Generator). If you mean does it support mods like S+ structures the answer is currently no, but hopefully in the future after the initial launch.

UPDATE: I've had to ask for help from the modding community to figure out an issue I'm having on dedicated servers. I got the tribute terminal working for single player but for some reason dedicated servers don't want to generate the blueprint for purchasing your builds.

Good news and bad news. Good news is that I've had success with getting the tribute terminal ready to craft custom blueprints based on your building cost. Bad news is that it needs so much polishing and bug testing that I can't release it because then you wouldn't be able to build at all. Therefore its going to take a little longer to roll out this update. But it is a doozy!

@Luisomar_85 Yes, other people can enter the bubble while you are building, however, you will (depending on your server config) have infinitestats inside the bubble so no one could hurt you. Only the owner of the generator can get the abilities to fly and have infinitestats inside the bubble.

Yes, currently you can activate it if an enemy player is in the area. I'll add that to the list of things to add. I'll add an enemy player in area check on activation.

No, dinos inside the bubble do not get infinitestats, only your player.

Once v1.0 of the tribute terminal is created the non-real structures will have no collision and be turned semi-transparent so you won't be able to step up on anything and can essentially just walk right thru it.

I was wondering one thing. In a PvP Server, does other people enter the bubble while youre building?.

Will you be able to activate it while someone is raiding you to prevent people to enter your base and take your stuff?. Because if so, i think it can be used as an exploit to prevent being raided.

Does dinos inside the bubble also gets infinite stats? Also could be used as an exploit with immortal dinos inside the bubble.

Since stuctures takes 24 hours to get demolished if you havent pay the resources, will the player be able to oppen doors, or build actual structures like storage boxes inside the non real structures?

Lets say i build a small base with doors and such and I just dont pay the resources, i could add boxes inside that structure, store my stuff and activate the bubble wen i go to sleep to avoid being raided.

It is a great idea, but wen i think how people can use the mod as an exploit, it scares me hehehe.

On a second thought, your bubble would need a lot of slot space. Imagine a building 30x11 squares of area, and 10 squares high. Lots of material needed.
Also, please make it usable on rafts (in case it is not yet).

@Suranappar_Wottan, @hondo That is the plan after I get all of the current vanilla structures working. I want to add a radial menu option at some point that'll let you toggle the supported mod structures that you can then take from the inventory and then add an ini config for if the admins want a mod on the server but don't want it to be used w/the builder bubble.

Please continue your good work, and also, please make backups of all the mod files on another harddrive or jumpdrive. Many mods get discontinued because the modders lose all files.

@Hirnsausen 1) Yes via the radial menu on the generator. 2) Yes painting is enabled but I’ll test it out with the next build to be sure. 3) No but there are plans for that after vanilla structures are completed. 4) I’m not sure but will test this tomorrow.

Question:
- Can the force field diamter be expanded or reduced by the player?
- Can the player paint the force field (change color with the dyes)?
- Can the player build walls of other mods inside the force field?
- Can it be mounted on rafts (very important)?

I'll also add toggles for fly/walk and show cost to it so the player doesn't have to fly/walk all the way back to the generator every time depending on what is closest.

here's an idea: add a radial menu with a low countdown to the bubble wall..
it counts as a solid (on normal shields, you can actually use a demogun to pick it up) so i think you can add a radial.
anyways, reason for this: if used in a live environment outside one's base and the base gets attacked, one wants to move out of the bubble as quickly as possible.
if it's set to largest that means a looong run back and forth.

@Azreal I'm working out a bug with the resource counter that will apply to the wood and stone tier stuff. But after I fix that it'll be easy to update to wood/stone. It'll probably be a two or three weeks before stone though because I have to customize all the engrams.

Update this with tribute . This is an excellent idea for PvPvE. For it to not be breaking it needs a config setting to disable infinite stats and flying. If it had these two options it would suit more cases and be popular among more people.
