Thank you, I see, sigh hoped there was a way to get them fine right out. One thing you could also do and that "could" be faster is to simply take the default male/female/hair/brows and copy paste the UV in blender it works well for Dragon's Dogma models too, since it's character generation they always have the base same UV.

I keep scalling the UVs by 50% until it fits the grid, center it and then make the final adjustments manually.

Someone on FP said the ds3 script was working with softs version of ds2 not the normal one. Never managed to find the skeleton the script asks for softs model, though so can't say if it actually works.

Also, what settings do you use to get UV's with ninja on ds3?

I'm using it by no accident, since it's the only DS3 import script around :feste: I'm using the Dark_Souls_3_PC_UPD version, can't remember which post I got it from but it's by that same person.
It won't work for DS2 however, it imports meshes fine but there's no bones or UV's. If you happen to find a working one, please let me know :Konrad:

still a question how did you import the models? I would be very interested because I have to convert them all by sfm even if first i would do it for dark souls 2. did you, by accident, use this script?http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14291

@Ardypoc He looks fine when there's a cubemap on the map. Otherwise I'd recommend you use $phongexponent 0.5 and $phongboost 10

@Sundownsyndrome I've been holding the release for over a month, so in no way was it done fast. It is barebones and I can'd do much about it, which is why I decided to make up for it with quantity.

The Faraam set has extraordinarily weird texture differences with the armor, I'd call him near unusable unless people don't mind it looking really off. Doing great work overall though!

@Navlaan of Izalith Oh my God you glorious bastard you did it. Thank you so, so much I've been waiting for Patches to be available for use in SFM for so long. There's so much more things I'll be able to do with these models. I will remember to credit you in future videos.

@GrandmasterPants I could try ripping patches' face and including it as a bodygroup. Otherwise there's no way of extracting npcs
