The name should be Standing Armies, but I don't know if it still works in the current version. I haven't had a chance to update it in a long time.

What's the name of the mod when going through mod list before starting the game?

@Billygoat: check merc tab, if you can't raise a custom merc group try pasting this into a new text file in the mod's events folder. I believe it's a script that was disabled by a patch but either this or some other tweaks I did made the mod work at ~90% for me with HIP

Does this mod work with AGOT?
HRE Billygoat 22 Dec, 2018 @ 10:48pm
I am at imperial administration but it dont seem to give me the raise legion...
PoshTiara 10 Jul, 2018 @ 4:07pm
Do you know the lines in the law text file that makes this mod work with the AGOT mod? I made a dependency but cant figure out how to get rid of the laws needed to be able to get the Retinue and Prof. Army laws.

hello, id like to ask if I could use this mod as a base for standing armies for the Chinease/Roman imperial beurocracies and on that how easy would it be to remove the limit or tie it to weather or not the general holds a viceroyalty?
☧ Imperator ☨ 29 Jun, 2018 @ 10:49am
hello, i would like to ask ,where can one find the modifier of how many troops the "Send recruits" option sends. For the time being its only 100

Thank you! <3

Feel free. I haven't had the time to update this mod in a long time though, so I'm not sure if everything works perfectly. You can use the code however you want to, I don't mind at all.

@Twiddle: Can I incorporate your mod into another?
......... 9 May, 2018 @ 8:39pm
wow that's awesome idea man keep working please :)
Slav 23 Jan, 2018 @ 4:59am
This looks great! I've seen a number of mods having hardcoded "standing armies" for specific countries, but to have one so dynamic is just awesome!

Quick question, can you rename these armies? Would love to have thematically names Legions in my next Roman Empire playthrough :)
Twiddle Factor  [author] 4 Nov, 2017 @ 6:57pm
Sorry about that, an explanation of how to use the mod has been added now.

The mod should also now be compatible with CK2+
IndeDay 4 Nov, 2017 @ 8:56am
Once download and activate I do not understand how to use it in game
Twiddle Factor  [author] 4 Nov, 2017 @ 6:55am
I have never used ck2+ before, so I am not certain what would need to be changed in order to get it to work. Did you try it and it didn't work? I'll have a look at CK2+ soon and see how much work would need to be done.
Pel 4 Nov, 2017 @ 4:52am
can you make a submod version for ck2+?
Twiddle Factor  [author] 4 Nov, 2017 @ 2:20am
Thank you. I plan on updating it soon with the ability for the ai to create armies. I still need to play with the balance a bit though.

Nice work
