Bah, something I came up in half a second. Im good at impromptu lore friendly crap.

The manikiin are an ancient race of nords that ventured too far south, all the way into black marsh, there, an ancient dremora Sorcerer cursed them with woodskin, unfortunately the effect was so potent it became permanent. now, there is a race of immortal wood people from black marsh. WAT ????

I didn't try the female version, but can you remove that blue thing, or is it someway i can remove it?

@zezep - yep, its the blue thing is the varnish, and did u try to play on female with the showrace thing? that happens...

When i tryed the Manikiin race, my character was blue, like when you have just taken a magica potion blue color, so i tryed the showracemenu command and my game crashed?

@Triumphant Obtuse- dont worry it comes with a bit of varnish, manikiin are shiny blue out of the box!

@Pure hate- Ive been looking into ways to make skin tone change colour but it wil take quite some time to implement in game, perhaps in a future update?

Why is it impossible to change tone? There has to be some way. I want to make the Mannequins look as white as possible, so I can make a slenderman character.

I do hope this mod comes complete with a healthy amount of wood varnish to protect the Manikiin from their mortal enemy, the termite!

@Pure Hate- I hope you mean the hair, since it is currently impossible to change skin tones, hair colors are quite varying and i might add more in a later update, if you did mean hair, there is a pure white and black hair, (Look at photos)

Is there a way to make them compatible with the extended slider color mod? I want to make them as white as I possibly can.

@Pure hate- They are Oak collored, pure OAK. OAK is strong wood, which means you dont need to worry much about any damage besides fire.

@Kio - Females are availabe, its just extremely rare to prevent the game from crashing for selecting them.

@!ice.Cream<3 - Raging orcs with fire enchanted weapons are quite dangerous, be sure to drink a potion of resist fire or magic damage or something like that. Btw, I spray all my manikiins with insecticide, those foolish nords wont ever kill my woodmen by any mischief, mayhem, lollygagging, milk saturation, and/or accidental/Coincidential Opening of an oblivion gate.

Dunno why, but suddenly I got two pictures in my head. One of the Manikiins running away from a raging Orc with his huge fire-enchanted axe and another one dying painfull because a child thought it would be funny to put some woodworms into his bed.
