The mod is now updated. Stun time should now be adjustable.

It's very possible to make the stun time configurable. I'll update this mod soon to include stun time in the config file.

I'm not sure if there's an easy way for the once per mission effect. I tried making a stun grenade and failed.

Stun percent and damage can be modified in the config file (directions in description) for anyone interested.

Interesting idea, but with buffs that strong I'd definitely tweak the stats before use.

I love the idea of this, but it just feels WAY over powered. Either minimal damage or percent stun might be better. ^^;
