@SaltiestMeatBall I can recommend sorting out your mod order maybe. And I have not tested the compatibility with other mods so I can't say anything for sure, sorry. If still not works just add it through the console, I can't tell the itemID because it varies with each istallment, sorry again.

I got the Fire Storm spell quest reward, but I didn't buy the others no. The character this was done on was focused on a fire/explosion playthrough with a two handed weapon that creates explosions when swung (Colorful Magic mod). They are available in Faralda's shop though. Do I need to buy them first?

So I did the destruction ritual spell quest and completed it at level 25. The spell/power does not show up in Faralda's shop no matter how many days I wait. She is selling Master level spells now so the quest/game is not the issue. Is there a level requirement?

if it was me I'd make it paralize the player for a few seconds.
as well as slow the player to 25% movement and drain stamina for a while.
