Megumin Explosion

This mod add to the game a new daily power. As you can guess from the name of the mod this is related to Megumin, the arch wizard.
What does the mod exactly do? You are powering up a powerful spell while chanting then release an exploding projectile.
I made the mod quite overpowered, but there are a few setbacks too:
-Being a daily power can be used once a day.
-The chanting last nine seconds.
-You can not move while chanting.
-I used the master level spell animations which means after you charged the spell you can only aim vertically.

Explanation of the pictures:
On the picture where my character in the air you can see the radius of the exposion.
White cirlcle: I am aiming straight below me.
Red circle: That draugr took damage (you can see the healthbar top of the screen)
Yellow circle: That draugr did not took any damage.

The other one: That ancient dragon took 1 shot to the face. It was a fire type dragon which means it had fire resistance. I think that is a fair amount of damage.

Everything was tested on legendary difficulty!

How to get the power:
You'll need to complete the Destruction Ritual Spell quest. After that you just buy it from Faralda. It will cost a ton of money but this power was designed to the late game, where you can't really spend your money on anything.
