I see. Apologies for late reply but the modding activity in Civ V is very quiet, with Chrisy15, JFD, Uighur_Caesar and others are already in Civ VI. I'm afraid the modding scene in Civ V in CivFanatics have been inactive for too long and there are no historical civs to be made, particularly those with the eras especially the Cold War. We are running out of the new mods

The last VC faction? Hardly. I still have to create a mod for a certain Europan great power which everyone seems to forget exists.

I believe that's the last of the civs related to Valkyria Chronicles.

Next SEGA civilization, since Total War: Warhammer is in Steam, will have to deal once again with Karl Franz. His unique ability is "Leader of Men". He is said to be the greatest statesman the Old World has ever seen. He is also a military genius and a valiant general. Unique units: Reiksguard (Knight), Sigmar's Sons (Long swordsman), Steam Tank (Landship), and Silver Bullets (Musketman)
