Description
Adds the East Europan Imperial Alliance from Valkyria Chronicles as a playable Civilization, led by Maximilian.



UA: Force of an Avalanche
- +1 Production per Mine, and +20% Improvement build speed.
- +1 Science from Strategic Resources.

UU: Fencer (replaces Longswordsman)
- +33% Combat Strength VS Gunpowder Units. (Lost upon upgrade.)
- +10 HP healed per Turn outside friendly territory.
- Free Shock I Promotion.
- Becomes obsolete at Rifling, but must upgrade into a Rifleman.

UU: Light Tank (replaces Landship)
- +20% Combat Strength VS Fortified Units, but -10% Combat Strength when defending against enemy melee Units.
- Creates Great Generals faster. (Lost upon upgrade.)
- Does not require Oil.
- Becomes obsolete at Computers.

Try copy-pasting the URL for this mod onto Steam Workshop Downloader. Usually works.

I see. Apologies for late reply but the modding activity in Civ V is very quiet, with Chrisy15, JFD, Uighur_Caesar and others are already in Civ VI. I'm afraid the modding scene in Civ V in CivFanatics have been inactive for too long and there are no historical civs to be made, particularly those with the eras especially the Cold War. We are running out of the new mods

The last VC faction? Hardly. I still have to create a mod for a certain Europan great power which everyone seems to forget exists.

I believe that's the last of the civs related to Valkyria Chronicles.

Next SEGA civilization, since Total War: Warhammer is in Steam, will have to deal once again with Karl Franz. His unique ability is "Leader of Men". He is said to be the greatest statesman the Old World has ever seen. He is also a military genius and a valiant general. Unique units: Reiksguard (Knight), Sigmar's Sons (Long swordsman), Steam Tank (Landship), and Silver Bullets (Musketman)

Good to see the Empire for once and not just another Gallia mod (there's one that works, literally).
