Is there an idiots guide to getting this to work? I'm asking because no matter how many times I try it doesn't change the sations from catenary to 3rd rail. Rather pointless having 3rd rail tracks and catenary stations. Also tracks don't change catenary track to 3rd rail. It adds more catenary.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem of when you connect these tracks to stations, the station still has catenary's?

Would it be possible to make electrified tracks without any visible wires/etc at all? That would be nice. I love electric trains but I hate the games catenary but I also don't want a line in the middle of the tracks

It almost looks like the 3 Rail O Gaugle Lionel Tracks. I'll go ahead and try it out.

I can't get the third rail on one side, the game only seems to support it in the middle as it is basically an overhead wire on the ground. I can't lower pantograph either without modifying every model.

As I said before, it's not perfect but personally I prefer it to having trains clip through misplaced catenary masts.

Any chance you could do a version of the third rail that's on the side of the track rather than in the middle?

What about an hardcoded piece of track with hard modelled masts? For instance, a crossing of 2 tracks: instead of creating this crossing by placing 2 lines of tracks over each other => you build one line of a track and place an already existing piece of crossing tracks at the end of it like you would do with a station or a depot? For instance you could do this for various angels and various numbers of rails? (Sry for my bad english, hope the idea behind is clear)

it looks a bit odd, still EMU`S having their pantergraphs up on third rail. Could you try and change this??

Yeah, it's really a compromise of what looks least bad to you, trains clipping through masts in the middle of rails or no catenary at all.

Personally I live on the south of England with the worlds only third rail main line network, so I'm used to seeing electric train a with redundant pantographs.

Unfortunately I really can't find any other way of changing the mast placement, it's something the developer has to fix.

Finally somebody who understands my biggest concern with this game. Shame that, at least IMO, the solution looks even worse than the problem. Those pantographs pointing at nowhere are an ever bigger eyesore for me. Not trying to say this mod is bad though, but I wish the devs took more care of the way the game handles the catenary masts.
