Figured SOME description was in order.
And according to other modders the modding system is really bad so you can't have two mod that change the file together because there only one file.
1. It might work with the Divisions in Normandy mod if it doesn't conflict. I did an admittedly dumb thing by adding the pack to the serializer with ID just one higher than the last pack, so I'll likely have to patch it later. It certainly freaks out if you add another mod that shares the DeckSerializer.ndf ID (I've also added Luchs light tanks for my beloved 116., will have to look into adding it for other divisions where it makes sense).
2. I'm not sure, but I wouldn't rule that out, Talos. The modding manual should have more on the matter (it's in the game's folder, in the mod section). Might take a whole lotta work, though. The Skink is a very simple mod, all things considered.
