Updating the code to the B18 version, allowing it to work ingame.

- Change the .txt to the .xml one so the debuff, if displayed, is now effectively of 0.

- The -5 to 0 seem to not work so...

- Change the limit stack of this debuff to 0 max by pawn. This mean no more debuff. Older debuff (before this update) have to be updated... by killing a colony animal again.

- change the social debuff from -5 to 0
