Changed the colours of the civilization to look nicer.

New icons!

Made the silverscale spearman more expensive, and they no longer grant goden age points.

Changed Dorephan's peace theme

Fixed the civilization's flag

Gave the Zoras a much more freakin' awesome peace theme. Same Prince Sidon, but with more AWESOME!

Buffed the Zora ability so they cannot be elimated from the game and they sometimes recieve free units to retake citites they have been captured.
