1.8.* update!

After 1.6 the devs made some some changes that largely replicated this mod. However, they still kept mining buildings with relatively low output; which puts it at the same production as a terrestrial lvl 3 mine. This doesn't seem right to me.

The purpose of this mod has always been to make Habitat structures a slightly more expensive, but competetitive alternative to normal planetary expansion; allowing players to build "tall" instead of "wide" if they so choose (with all the benefits and drawbacks that come with that. However, it is not my intention to make habitats OP.

With that in mind, while the differences are more subtle now, there is still a difference. The following habitat buildings have been changed:

Capital energy: +5 -> +7 (40% increase)
Mines: +4 -> +5 (25% increase)

The end result should make Habitats more viable as orbital mining facilities now.
