Delete:
- bPowerZeds_UseDefaultSpeed_Scrake
- bPowerZeds_UseDefaultSpeed_Fleshpound

Change:
- Now always use official movement speed with PowerFP/PowerSC.

Fix:
- Powerzeds didn't work with new CDmod.
