Shield Capacitor: Enigmatic Deflector changed to Dark Matter Deflector

Flak Battery: Base prereq changed from Autocannon 1 to Mass Driver II; mod updated to check for Mass Driver II+.

Space Torpedoes: Base prereq changed from Missiles II to Missiles I, which everyone starts with. Removed from mod.
