Infertile: Added -5% happiness. Can still take Communal to cancel it out. Didn't notice that the vanilla Slow Breeders went from -10 to -15% in 1.6 but didn't want to make the infertile pops more infertile... or something.

These can no longer be randomly chosen by AI at the start of the game:

Short Lived: Too damaging. Makes the game easier.
Impotent: Too damaging, also makes game too easy, imo.
Depraved: Can't figure out how to prevent certain Ethos like Egalitarian and Xenophile (aka no-slavery-allowed ethics) from taking it, so I disabled it for AI for now. Would hurt AI that took it with no way to combat the effects.

Future: Figure out how to add Crappy Leader Traits, like how Psionics and Cyborg species can have special leaders.

Thanks for reading.

Updated for version 1.6.x.

Tweaked values of Large and Impotent due to how Growth Speed changed in 1.6.

Update: 29 Apr, 2017 @ 6:30pm

Added 7 new traits:

Non-combatants [1]
Disloyal [2]
Fractured [2]
Impotent [2]
Depraved [2]
Mentally Deficient [4]
Grounded [5]

Changes:

Vulnerable: -40% army health -> 10%, far too damaging for 1 point, not justifiable enough for 2 points
Extremely Nonadaptive: Cannot be chosen by the AI or when you create a random civ.
