Wallpaper Engine

Customizable Visualizer
Showing 1-10 of 12 entries
< 1  2 >
Update: 17 Jul, 2017 @ 10:19pm

UPDATE :

(Almost) ALL sliders have been made 'editable', meaning you can enter your own value in the box, if it's outside of the pre-defined range.

Note: With great power, comes great responsibility. If you set the glow size to 200 for example, expect horrible frame-rates. ( in combination with borders enabled -- somehow without borders it isn't that bad )

Update: 18 Jun, 2017 @ 12:42am

FIXED :
- Wallpaper used to have a reference to an online script. this reference has been removed. This would cause the Wallpaper to fail loading when it was started for the first time without internet connection.

( I thought I had already fixed that a long time ago, my bad )

Update: 6 Jun, 2017 @ 11:19am

FIXED:
- Wallpaper should now properly pauze when Wallpaper Engine pauzes it
==> Thanks to Biohazard ( developer of Wallpaper Engine )

This will significantly reduce the CPU load of the wallpaper when using a fullscreen application
( ~0,2% CPU -- instead of ~15% as it used to!! -- depending on settings )

Update: 20 Feb, 2017 @ 11:23am

http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837435817

Update: 17 Feb, 2017 @ 2:50pm

Fixed :

Noticed the middle bars weren't correctly 100% centered.

Update: 16 Feb, 2017 @ 11:52pm

Added :

- Custom FPS ( 144FPS, 60FPS, 50FPS, 40FPS, 30FPS )
This should enable user to select the best fps for their setup, lower the FPS for less CPU usage. ( use in combination with the FPS counter to optimize your settings )

- Custom resolution ( Screen Resolution, 1080P, 720P, 480P )
Users with a high-res screen ( for example 4K or QHD ) can set the resulution to a lower setting for less CPU usage. Please not that the sizes of the visualizers are absolute and not relative, so lowering the resolution means you will have to decrease the size of the visualizers manually in the settings. ( use in combination with the FPS counter to optimize your settings )

Update: 16 Feb, 2017 @ 7:41am

changes :

Added :

- optional FPS counter (for performance debugging)
- Glow can be enabled on bars
- Glow color and size can be specified ( note, a large glow is CPU intensive )
- Rendering is now done in native resolution ( was 1280x720 always ;; I may add a low-quality setting to revert back to this resolution, if you have performance problems )
- Size of the horizontal bars can be specified now
