* Changed minimum fleet size from 1 Frigates and 2 Destroyers to 2 Frigates to reduce initial attack pressure.

* Reduced minimum fleet size from 2 Frigates and 2 Destroyers to 2 Frigates and 1 Destroyer to better match new ship strength.

* Updated mod to work with version 54.8.

* Adjusted fleet size from 20% to 25% to fit desired goal.

* Slightly increased intervals between fleet appearing from "20 - 30" to "25 - 35" turns to closer match the unmodded values of "25 - 45".

* Greatly increased the Antaran Defense Fleet:
20 Intruders (Battleships), 20 Interdictors (Cruisers), 12 Raiders (Frigates), 12 Marauders (Destroyers), 35 Harbringers (Titans) and 1 Doom Star. Totaling their fleet to a 100 ships.
