Nerfed Gaia Preference habitability levels as Life-Seeded is supposed to be a challenge, after all. It still has 100% habitability on Gaia Worlds but now only 20% on the standard planet types (down from 40% in the mod previously, up from 0% in vanilla).

Also nerfed Tomb World Preference as any player or AI empire with it will have the Survivor trait (+70%) for free, so species with it now have 20% base habitability on other Tomb Worlds and 40% on standard plaet types. This makes Post-Apocalyptic very powerful (90%) but means Tomb World based Pre-Sapients / Primitives will have a very hard time... which, having thought about it, I'm fine with.
