Removed unused scripts, added Massalia/Cimmeria to confederation list, fixed Takashila being able to confederate with persian factions, small stat corrections to various units.

Lithobolos ammo increased slightly, Lithobolos ship build cost increased, dog groups increased to 150-size (148 dogs), Pikemen now a lot slower when in formation, slightly reduced bonuses from veterancy (except morale), Persian factions can now confederate (except Ardhan and Cappadocia), AI now less likely to offer peace (no more peace spam hopefully), objects should now break faster in combat (civilian houses etc - gates/towers not affected), falx bonuses against infantry/cav buffed slightly, cataphract armour slightly increased, poor AoR levy recruit prices slightly decreased, general buff to flat regional supply values by 1.5x (to compensate for more armies wielded, also tested with 41-army sizes), all greeks can now confederate (Epirus included but not other Successor-states), garrison mob increased to 400 men per group.

Lots of stat tweaks to units (armour values, shield block values, ammo values, weapon damage types etc)

Increased experience required for generals/admirals/agents to level up (army traditions left at old values), slightly tuned slinger damage, Light spearmen increased to 300 size, Edetani Nobles decreased to 200 size.

Fixed political events still appearing in CiG, cleaned up unit tables (ammo, shields etc).

Slightly lowered attack/defense/charge bonuses from veterancy, slightly increased fatigue from combat.

Buffed Saka Foot Archer, Removed shield values from Lusitani ambushers, corrected low ammo for Italian garrison slingers, implemented FlashHeart07's diplomacy fix

Buffed shield block values against ranged attacks, tweaked ranged weapon spreads, buffed indian elephants slightly, increased dog run speed/acceleration, nerfed scytched chariot armour slightly, buffed pike melee damage a tiny bit.
