Tradition:

  • Oligarchy: now gives happiness for the Circus Maximus National Wonder
  • Aristocracy: now only gives -25% unhappiness in the capital, instead of -50% unhappiness

Liberty:
  • Moved around multiple policies
  • Opener: now gives +50% Settler production in all cities, instead of just the capital
  • Collective Rule: now +2 Science from every Stable
  • Representation: now gives +15% production when building National Wonders

Honor:
  • Combined and moved around some of the effects of various policies
  • Discipline: now gives +2 Science from every Courthouse, Forge and Citadel
  • Military Caste: now also gives +4 Happiness from the Heroic Epic

  • Reorganized multiple policies
  • Oligarchy: now gives +10% Food from the National Epic, +10% Production from the Ironworks, +10% Gold from the National Treasury, +10% Science from Oxford Univercity
  • Aristocracy: now gives -25% less unhappiness from citizens in the capital and +1 Happiness for every 10 citizens in a city (round down)
  • Finisher: now gives +1 Production and +1 Gold per 5 citizens
Honor:
  • Finisher: now gives culture when you capture a city instead of science
Piety:
  • Reorganized multiple policies
  • Reformation: now gives +0.5 culture per excess happiness and 25% discount on faith purchase costs.
  • Finisher: now gives +25% science when empire is happy and +2 Happiness.
Patronage:
  • Aesthetics: now gives 250 culture when you capture or liberate a City-State
  • Educated Elite: now gives 25 influence with City-States when a great person is born
Commerce:
  • Opener policy: now only gives +2 Gold per merchent specialist
  • Trade Unions: now gives +10% Gold for Harbors, Seaports and 17% Gold for Stock Exchanges
Rationalism:
  • Opener policy: now only gives +25 Science and +25 Culture when a citizen is born
  • Humanism: no longer gives happiness for each Observatory.
  • Finisher: now gives +1 Food and +1 Science per 5 citizens
Freedom:
  • Redesigned most of Freedom
  • Opener policy: now only gives 250 culture when a great person is born and 50% Great General points
  • Democracy: fixed bug causing Democracy to give an incorrect amount of happiness
Autocracy:
  • Opener policy: now only gives culture equal to the strength of the produced unit but also gives +2 Culture per garrisoned unit
  • Reorganized location of populism.
  • Populism: now gives 100% Courthouse construction speed, 25% Science from Courthouses and -33% slower policy cost growth from founding cities
