You can now hire experienced non-human personnel at Resistance HQ and the Black Market for supplies and intel respectively. Added Allies Unknown encyclopedia pages to the XCOM Archives in the Commander's Quarters, plus a new category for Allies Unknown-based mods to use.

Custom Point of Interests, they work like the normal "scan for X" rewards, just giving out an appropriate non-human if needed.

Fallbacks to human soldiers in case there's no valid non-human soldier to use.

Custom Mission Rewards, again, like normal mission rewards like soldiers, just with non-humans instead.
