- The Decepticons' UA should work now.
- Fixed an error that prevented the Prime's ability to heal nearby units to not work.

- Optimus Prime's unique diplomacy should be working properly now.

- A slight buff for the Prime. Now it heals nearby units (5 HP), which is not related to the "Prime Awakening" promotion. Let me know if it should be buffed or removed.
