Extended code to set ablitiies which should end the turn through the ini file. ADVENT Captain Mark Target and Viper Tongue Pull should now also end the turn.

Added code to ensure the Avatar Dimensional Rift ability would always end the turn.

Recompiled with the War of the Chosen SDK, did minor code changes to match game code.
